QUESTIONS WE GET EVERY WEEK
Is there a minimum order?
No. We print one piece or five hundred. Embroidery and DTF have no minimum at all. Screen printing works best at 50 pieces or more, where the price per piece drops.
How long does an order take?
Most orders run 10 to 14 days from the day you approve the proof. Rush work is available, so call and ask before you assume a deadline cannot be met.
What does custom apparel cost?
Three things set the price: the garment, the decoration method, and the quantity. Embroidery is priced on stitch count, screen printing on the number of colors, and both drop per piece as the run grows. Send the garment, logo and quantity and you get a real number the same day.
What file do you need from me?
A vector file is ideal, but a clear photo or a screenshot of your logo is enough to start. If your artwork is rough we redraw it, and you see a proof before anything is stitched or printed.
Which decoration method is right for my job?
Embroidery for hats, polos, jackets and workwear. Screen printing for larger runs of tees and hoodies. DTF for full color art, small runs and one offs. Tell us the garment and the quantity and we tell you which one costs less and looks better.
Do you deliver, or do I pick up?
Both. Our shop is at 1450 Rochester Street in Lima, NY, and we deliver across Livingston, Monroe and Ontario counties, including Rochester, Avon, Geneseo, Honeoye Falls and Canandaigua.
